Ruby-throated Hummingbirds have only just begun to arrive
in the extreme southern part of the range. That alone makes
this unlikely.

Second year male Anna's Hummingbirds can have green (or mostly
green) crowns. I suspect that a second year (green backed)
Rufous Hummingbird is also worth considering.
