Yesterday we saw our first flock of returning Canada Geese going over the
centre of Vanderhoof. The flock was about 60 geese strong and the first of
many to return to the migratory bird sanctuary here on their way north.
Wonderful sound they make. We also have some Redwing Blackbirds, Common
Redpolls and of course our Chickadees still around.
