The latest issue of WOSNews, the bimonthly newsletter of the Washington
Ornithological Society, has a brief article and photo reporting a sighting of a
Eurasian Collared Dove by Mike and MerryLynn Denny. They saw the bird in
College Place, Walla Walla county, on January 11, 1996. They, too, were
spurred to report this bird by the article in Birders' World.
