Snow bunting was mentioned, and of course the focus of an entire
episode was the search for a Siberian tit, a.k.a. grey-headed
chickadee.

Are there any other Northern Exposure fans out there in Tweeters land? Bird
watching was a recurring theme on the show since two of the main characters
(Holling and Ruthanne) were birders. I am trying to identify some of the
birds featured to satisfy my curiosity and would like to hear from anyone
out there familiar with the show. (On many of the summer shows, you can hear
olive-sided flycatchers "quick three beer"ing to beat the band.
