No, this isn't the dreaded cat thread again. I'm reporting an observation here that does risk upsetting some of our group, no doubt, but on the other hand, it will warm the cockles of the hearts of many of the rest of us.

Yesterday along Norman Rd. near Sylvana, I saw an adult bald eagle flying low above a farmyard carrying the limp body of a kittycat. While I've seen eagles feeding upon all sorts of carrion or fresh prey, and have seen them carry birds, fish and small mammals, I've never known of one taking a house cat.
