A quick note: the Violet-Green Swallows have definitely made it to Olympia.

This evening around 5:45 I observed a flock of perhaps 100 white-bellied
swallows over the Holiday Hills neighborhood of southeast Olympia, WA. Of
the few I was able to identify to species, all were Violet-Greens.
