Morning Tweets,

Noticed two turkey vultures soaring last Tuesday afternoon, March 21,
over Guemes Island. A male Anna's hummingbird came in on Sunday, the
19th, a year to the date from last year's arrival. Deer are consuming
columbines, scillas, and violets and keeping the grass fertilized.
Anybody had any experience with polypropylene deer fencing? Screech owls
are hooting near the nest box. Monday's bright full moon brought out a
glorious chorus of owls and frogs. Saludos, P.
