March 27, 6:26 AM. Hello, this is Dave Beaudette at 206-365-2083. This
report is for March the 26th and Snohomish County. Seen from Priest Point
at the top of the hill just to the northwest was a single WESTERN SCRUB JAY
with 4 STELLER'S JAYS. And in the Stillaguamish Delta at the west end of
the Boe Rd. was an adult male ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK. And at the end of the
Thomle Rd, were 11,000 plus SNOW GEESE and 7 GREATER WHITE-FRONTED
GEESE. And another ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK was seen along the Valde Rd.. And at
the Portage Creek Wildlife Area near Arlington were 2 AMERICAN BITTERNS.
These were seen along the ditch that runs alongside the trail that goes out
into the open field. That's it for now. Good birding!
