I drove that route on Tuesday. Yeah, they DO have it all torn up. When we
went through, we were the ONLY vehicle and the flagger made us wait for ten
minutes until she'd finished her cigarette, then she allowed us to drive on.
Nevertheless, it's definitely worth the trouble to drive that road..
