Hi,

Perhaps a foolish question, but . . . .

Throughout the winter and ever since, I've had what I thought to be juvenile
males coming to my feeder, with no breaks in the pattern. Is there such a
thing as a first-year Anna's? I would have thought their life span was too
short for that to be possible, but they had to have been coming to the
feeder before this year's babies could have fledged.
