Very pleasant sunny, still morning with few clouds. For some reason
there were relatively few birds compared to past visits. Could hear
a few unrecognized songs in the heavy thickets but couldn't find the
songsters. First sightings of black-headed grosbeaks for the season.
The Osprey pair continue life atop the rock crusher occassionally
foraging over the surrounding area.
