This morning I took the quick trip to the Capitol Forest up Rock Candy
Mountain Road, and about 5 miles up the road I had my first of 3 different
siteings of male HERMIT WARBLERS. I heard many more in the area aswell.
Also made a stop at Brady Loop road, where I saw:

WHIMBREL
In the fields feeding, I stopped counting them after I reached 200

3 BLACK-BELLIED PLOVERS

GOLDEN PLOVER SP.
a molting golden plover, too distant for me to put to either fulva or
dominica.

quick stop at Tokeland did not produce Bruce LaBar's Snowy Egret
unfortunately, but hey, you can't beat great looks at the Hermits!
