Subject: help me I.D. this bird?

I finally managed to tape the call of a bird who hangs out
in a large cherry tree in a neighbor's yard. Haven't been
able to spot the bird -- the call is very clear and very loud.
Last night, I recorded the call into my soundcard and posted
the .wav file to:

It's 947kb...not inordinately large...but takes a few
minutes to download. And the "very clear" aspect of the
call may be somewhat in question after factoring in a
cheap tapedeck and cheap soundcard. :) Anyway...if
anyone can help me figure out whose lovely voice this
is, I would be forever grateful.

and on an unrelated note...is it possible for domestic
and Canada geese to "intermarry?" I saw some fuzzy youngsters
at Green Lake the other day with orangish beaks (not the three
who are clearly the offspring of a pair of domestic geese...these
were mixed in with a group of Canada goslings.)

thanks, tweets!
