There are short classes/field trips re birding by ear this coming Fri and
Sat mornings up at Padilla Bay, I'm not sure if both classes still have
room, but it might be worth checking out. I went last year and am going
again this year, had a great time. White-crowned sparrow was the first
song I learned (after Am Robin, of course)! My mnemonic for its song is
"white-crown sitting in the gar-den."
