Tweeters -

Sorry to clog the cyber, but I am looking for a Birder I met in Washington
while looking for last year's Eurasian Dotterel. He was an older gentlemen
from Washington, I suppose who was on Tweeters, and had done some
Pacific-slope/Cordilleran Flycatcher Work. The Birder in question had a
spotting scope attached to an old rifle stock minus the barrel. This too
might help jar his memory. Thanks in advance.
