I thought -OK, I'll go take a look since it isn't very far from where I
live -in Chimacum!!

There is a Larsen Lake in Jefferson Co. between Beaver Valley roead and
Center Rd.

I watched something different - al least for me, today, near the mill in
Port townsend. A kingfisher flew across the "bay" and stopped in mid
air , fluttering it's wings and looking down
-- fishing! Did this 12-14 times! dove once, but came up
empty.....all the other times I have watched one fishing, they always
were sitting on a branch, wire, or post and then would fly a little and
dive!
