Imagine my surprise when I looked out the door and saw a pair of immature
PEACOCKS under my birch tree, cozying up to our metal yard bird...that
looks just like their mom. Even took some candid camera shots.

So, is this a legitimate life list? They're not in a zoo, etc. Are they
vagrants, accidentals, introduced? <G>

Speaking of my birch tree...I have a California quail nesting under it in
the ground cover. Plays havoc with yard work for the next three weeks.
