Hello, Tweeters,

Today , Memorial Day, I saw a pair of White-Tailed Kites (aka
Black-Shouldered Kites). They were flying due north, just north of Glacial
Heritage in Thurston County. This is the first time this year I've seen them,
and the first time since last summer that I've seen them. I had no nocs on so
I couldn't tell if they were banded, but I believe Russell Rogers banded the
pair that was here last year. Russell???
