Well, the house is sold and I'm starting to pack. We're seriously downsizing
as we're going to a smaller house and moving across country. (N.C.)

Reluctantly, I've decided to give up my large cement recirulating bird
bath/fountain which is the best bird "magnet" I have. It is heavy (takes two
people to move unless you're weight lifter!) needs an electrical outlet, of
course, and is not fun to clean but attracts all kinds of birds like crazy!

It cost more than $400.00 new, probably ten years ago, has a new $50.00 pump
and is in excellent condition. I'm offering it at $85.00 - cash!

I also have an inflatable Cherokee kayak which is great for birding as it
fits in your car trunk, for $50.00! (original cost more than $500.00 with
paddles, pump, etc.) (and if anyone out there knows anyone who could use an
electric typewriter, I have a really nice Smith-Carolina they can have for a
song!)

Hope this isn't too much of a "commercial" but I figure someone out there in
Tweeterdom might love to have the above items. You've solved every problem
and answered every question I've ever had over the years and I've learned so
much from reading all the other messages. I'm already on line with a similar
North/South Carolina group and am salivating at the prospects of all the
"new" birds to be seen there. Actually, I took a few mornings off from
househunting back there in September and visited Jackson Park in
Hendersonville, N.C. Met some very friendly birders there who helped me add
eight birds (mostly warblers) to my list.

Please contact me directly at Issymacds at aol.com and NOT by telephone although
you may send me YOUR phone number! I live on the Sammamish Plateau of
Issaquah, in a hard to find place so daytime pickup is preferable. I will
email directions. Preferance will be given to someone buying both the
fountain AND the boat. Thank you!
