Birders,

I am taking the liberty of posting the following directions to Spencer
Island, which Brian Bell sent to me privately. Although the directions
may be well known to some of you, I could find no specific directions
in recent postings to TWEETERS, and Spencer Island is not specifically
mentioned in Wahl & Paulson's bird-finding guide.

Thanks very much for the directions, Brian! I gather that the
RED-SHOULDERED HAWK was still present yesterday, and I hope it will
stay a while longer.
