I too saw the bird today. Between noon and 1:00 pm it was perched on utility poles along the Old Highway North, 12 mile road just south of the Slide Creek Road junction. This puts it about 1/2 mile East of the original location noted by Ken Knittle. It perched for a long period and we got some very good looks.

It took me three trips, but finally!!
