After reading Dennis Paulson's post on the albino YBLO, I was questioning
whether or not the loon in tacoma this past winter was really a Common Loon
aswell. I never saw the bird in question, so have no firsthand experience
with it. Though, Charlie Wright enthusiasically Instant Messaged me over the
AOL chat waves, telling me he had a photo of this past winters loon. So he
scanned it, and sent it to me.
I'm still not convinced one way or the other, though I look forward to what
others have to say about it. I posted the photo at the following URL.
