On 9/16/2000 I found a dead Black-footed Albatross on
Clatsop Beach with a band.

I have just received my official certificate of appreciation
with the following:

Band number: 1517-200045 Banded: 06/20/2000
Species: Black-ft Albatross Sex: unknown
Age of bird: was too young to
fly when banded in 1998
Location: Near Sand Island Midway P OC
Bander: Hawaiian Island NWR
