At this point in time it appears that the vote is overwhelmingly in
favor of the Northern Goshawk. BUT being in the political atmosphere
that we are and not knowing to whose advantage this would be, I feel
that the dimpling on the chad may be an issue that only the BSC
(Birders Supreme Court) can resolve. Also the issue of votes outside
the state of WA...should their email have the correct time or can
someone who submitted a vote that is an hour off, still be valid??

So for now I will just keep counting and recounting and recounting and
