As I was watching the juncos in my backyard today, I noticed a
"Slate-colored" Junco along with all the regular "Oregon" Juncos. This is
the first time I've every noticed a "Slate-colored" Junco around here . . .
so just out of curiosity, how unusual is it? Any info on Junco subspecies
would be appreciated.
