In response to AfriKid16 at aol.com inquiry re Slate-colored (Dark-eyed) Junco presence.
I advised that during the period 1986-2000 out of 2,382 Juncos I banded in the
general Sequim area, 13 were Slate-colored. About 0.545%.or about 1/2 of 1 percent.
Just one of the little things you finding out by banding.
