The consensus among those who have actually seen Arctic Loons before is that
the Hayden Lake mystery loon is a juvenile PACIFIC LOON, and not an Arctic
Loon. Thank you so much to those who have offered opinions and suggestions.
I am sorry for the false alarm, and I apologize to those of you who had
trouble receiving the picture attachments yesterday.
