Hi,
Just wondering if anyone else purchased the Sibley Guide to Birds with
mis-bound pages. I bought a first edition from Amazom.com. ($28.00) that
has extra pages. It starts O.K. with pages 1 through 56, then repeats
pages 1 through 16, then continues on to page 57.
Are all the first editions like this or did I just get lucky ;) .
Also, I was under the impression when I ordered this that it was a hard
back edition. Mine is more like a stiff paperback without a removable
dust jacket.
Now don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, I love this book and plan
to buy an extra copy just so I can use one in the field.
I'm just wondering if I have a rarity here or just one of thousands of
misprinted first editions.
