I'm back now from the vulture migration project at Salt Creek Park on the
Olympic Peninsula. I returned to 168 messages (even unsubscribed from all
lists!), over 70 of which were messages relating to turkey vultures in some
way or another. I have always tried diligently to acknowledge every message
received regarding vultures, but this time I can't. I had a minor accident
at the park and typing for very long is extremely uncomfortable, so my
apologies - and thanks - to all of you who sent me sightings through the
past 3-4 weeks. Your efforts are very much appreciated.

I will be posting a report soon of this year's study and the Tweeter's
reports. Please don't stop sending your sightings; I'll try to respond in
the near future.
