I received this message this morning. Any ideas?

I work in downtown chicago and found a bird that is injured but have
never
seen one that looks like this. It's about 10-12 in long and has a
beautiful
brown, black and gold pattern on it and it has a beak that is about
4-6 in
long. Do you by chance know what type of bird this might be? Also, he
crashed into the window of the building I'm in and is injured and I'm
not
sure if it can't fly.

thanks, Judge
