Hi there,

There might be hummers with similar courtship displays but I though or
I do know actually that rufous hummers do that display too. They do a large
loop, come down and then go straight for a foot or more with a buzzing sound
as if it were bouncing along cement. Their rear ends I think if I saw right
do kind of bounce, like a spotted sandpiper's.
