Hi Tweets,

Stumbled into some good shorebirding at a pond located just outside the
entrance to Pearrygin (sp?) State Park north of Winthrop on Tuesday:

Killdeer - 20
Solitary Sandpiper - 1
Least Sandpiper - 12
Baird's Sandpiper - 29
Pectoral Sandpiper - 7

The pond was low with extensive mud flats. I was surprised at the
number of Baird's.
