Diane et al: I personally do not care to subscribe to another list
serve, although I did do BirdHawk in the past. I much prefer to get on
the net, view the information and then disconnect: I highly recommend
the following URL of Hawkwatch International which provides the total
1999 seasonal counts for all raptor species at all the 16 major migration
sites in NA including some of our local sites; their satellite tracking
program with maps of monitored raptors; info on research sites; and other
raptor links. http://www.hawkwatch.org

PS: If the spirit moves you to join you will get periodic newsletters
that provide on-going migration info and counts for 2000, trends, etc.
(they could use any financial support to continue this important work
since they actually train and provide the staff at these sites). Thanks
