During a light drizzle at my daughters' soccer game this morning at Nathan
Hale High School in north Seattle, the youngest suddenly pointed up and we
saw approximately 60 geese in two large "V" formations - what a magnificent
sight! They were headed north and flying so high that I couldn't see them
well enough without binos to I.D. them - they were light colored but that's
not much of a clue. Still I don't need to know what they were to
appreciate the sight.
