We saw a FERRUGINOUS HAWK on the top of the hill up Hatch grade this
morning. Delorme page 40, D1.5

The ROSS'S GEESE and SNOW GEESE were still at mile post 300 Hwy 12 (mcnary
pools) in the corn field to the east. One YELLOW HEADED BLACK BIRD was in
the reeds a little to the south.

We also saw 33 WHITE PELICANS on the island just north of the pulp mill. 2
BLACK NECKED STILTS were in the delta area as well as the DUNLINS and LEAST
SANDPIPERS. The delta had about 1000 MALLARDS and 2000 PINTAILS and a BALD
EAGLE . The overlook pond had about 10 AVOCETS and a few ducks.
