Hi - I need your help!

I am in the process of preparing six species accounts for the Birds of
Washington, for which I need additional information to complete soon.
The species include black swift, green heron, great blue heron, American

crow/northwestern crow and common raven. Of these I need =any
additional information on black swift and green herons, where as the
corvids I need roosting aggregations, and extreme sightings and
sightings of interest....

Of these the black swift is the most elusive and has the least records
associated with its occurrence in the state. As a result any records of

black swifts with confirmed sightings including dates, location,
associated habitat and occurrence would be helpful, particularly known
or suspected nest sites at cliffs or waterfalls would be very useful.

Green herons are also poorly documented so most any records,
particularly
outside the "normal" lowland area and breeding records would be
helpful. Dates and locations and numbers of birds is essential.

The information needed for all six species includes: range,
distribution, habitat utilization, breeding sites, seasonal occurrence
(arrival and departure dates) concentrations (such as roosts for ravens
or nesting/foraging congregations for swifts and great blue herons) and
limits of occurrence, such as elevation, season and/or habitat. I am
very interested too in odd sightings, particularly any records of
extreme elevations, range or seasonal limits... such as ravens at high
elevations like the summit of Mt. Rainier or other peaks.
