This sadly reminds me of how the Congressional Office of Technology
Assessement had the rug pulled out from under it shortly after the
Contract On America was implemented by Newt and his buddies. Now,
what ever did happen to good ol' Newt, anyway? Ahh well, ignorance is
power, after a fashion.
