All-
Just got my internet service back up today after moving across town, with a bit of birding in Kaua'i in between, so this is kind of a late notice...

BUT if you are interested in a DEEPWATER pelagic trip, then tommorrow is your lucky day, because there is plenty of room to take on late comers for the trip.
Trip departs at 4:00AM (I know, its early) but the probablities of deeper water pelagics like Murphy's Petrel are alot higher at this time of year and the farther offshore we get, the better. Laysan Albatross are still possible, and who knows what the heck may show up. Other april trips have had Leach's Storm-Petrels, Fork-tailed Storm-Petrels, Sabine's Gulls in breeding plumage, and also a good chance of Jaegers and Arctic Terns.
I only wish I could go but I have to work sometime...
Anyways, if you are interested, just show up before 4:00AM in Westport at Float 8. Trip costs 130$ The boat is the Monte Carlo, skipper is Phil Anderson. Bruce LaBar will be the primary spotter along with a STBNL (spotter to be named later) ;).
