Hi Tweets,
It was a very nice day at Montlake Fill today. As I parked my car I was
welcomed by a White-crowned Sparrow. The Eurasian green winged Teal was
hanging with his cousins. Suddenly, as one Pheasant landed near by, all
water birds were scared and flushed. There was one white Goose who started
to investigate this bird who landed while making lot of noise!

One Chickadee was busy excavating his nest hole, suddenly one Downy
Woodpecker entered his proposed nest, and I think he slept inside for
sometime, because when I saw him looking out from the nest hole, he looked
sleepy! But he left soon.

The parking lot near the stadium was full with cars, so I could not find the
Palm Warbler. In the nearby pond, there was one pair of Cinnamon Teal, which
was quite wary though!

There was lot of chasing going on between two Savannah Sparrow males.
The American Pipit was seen at the main pond, but he flew towards south
soon.

There were two female Hooded Mergansers in the main pond. Two Mallard were
with ducklings.

For around 10 minutes one DOG chansed all ducks from one pond to another.
Dog was entering pond also. Dog was gray colored and looked like a wolfe! I
took picture of this DOG and his owner also. But I am not sure what I can do
regarding this.
