We had the pleasure of seeing four Gold-Crowned
Sparrows and One White Crowned Sparrow on the ground
below our feeder last night around 7:00pm. We live in
Magnolia north of Discovery Park.
Additionally, the Discovery Park Bald Eagle pair are
nesting in the same tree as last year except they
moved the nest higher to the very top clump of the
tree. It is not nearly as exposed as it was last
season. The nest position makes it hard to tell what
is happening. From our vantage point we can see only
the head of the brooding eagle.
