The eagles are still on the nest which is above and just west of the apex
of the curved south bound onramp for the truck route (SR 543) to I-5 in
Blaine. A good vantage point is at the east end of Georgia street: from
the south, take the first of the three Blaine exits, turn right (northwest)
on Peace Portal for a little more than half a mile to Bayview street
(Nikki's Drive-In). Turn right on Bayview Street which angles off to the
north, and the third cross street is Georgia. Turn right and the nest is
directly ahead of you in a large deciduous tree.

From the North, take the Blaine Exit, proceed southbound on Peace Portal
to Nikki's Drive-In on the south edge of town, and then take a sharp left
turn on to Bayview. Complete as in above directions.
