Hi Tweeters,
Enjoyed my lunch down on the trail near the Red Hook Brewery in
Woodinville today. What a beautiful day to be outside. I walked south along
the trail by the apartments and saw 2 Common Yellow Throats. They were
singing up a storm with their Witchity, Witchity. I had a hard time finding
them as they were in the Scotch Broom that has just begun to bloom. The
yellow flowers really made them hard to spot.
I have been spending a lot of lunch times over at the Totem Lake. There are
lots of Myrtle's and Audubon Yellow Rumped Warblers there. Tuesday I saw at
least 12 total along the trail.
Happy birding,
