With the number of birds being marked on the lower Columbia estuary, in
Puget Sound and over in the Potholes of eastern Washington, it's hard to
tell where 'your' marked Caspian may have come from. Report them and find
out!

REMEMBER to look for color bands.
There are usually 3 color bands and one USFWS service one.

There have been fewer than usual capsians at the ASARCO site in
Commencement Bay, and an effort to lure the terns to a barge nearby is
