Life can be such a trip! I would have rather been out birding this
afternoon, but personal business kept me at home. Glancing out at the
feeders in the backyard a moment ago I discovered a male LAZULI BUNTING
competing with the WHITE-CROWNED SPARROWS for white millet. That makes #
139 for my "in/from" yard list and # 180 for Two Rivers County Park on a
current checklist containing 186 species.
