Apparenly, the Dumas Bay/Dash Point Sea Otter is unmarked and, at least for now, maintains
some distance from "McAllister", the Sea Otter with the red and white flipper tags that
he became the proud recipient of thanks to his journey up McAllister Creek to virtually its
source. What's so odd (to me anyway) about these two south Puget Sound Sea Otters is that they
both are docile and seemingly friendly towards people. The one at Dumas Bay is especially
outgoing. Now, if someone out there has been rearing Sea Otters in their bath tub and
releasing them into Puget Sound, I hope they'll come clean with all of us, right away.
