I received this Request For Information and am forwarding to the

familiar with some of the other areas they are going to visit.

Hi, I'm an ABAer that will be leaving Maine for a two week tour of your
area starting Aug 8th when we arrive at SeaTac - our route will take East
on Rotue 2 to Leavensworth, West on I-90 then North to Vancouver, Ferry
to Victoria and Port Angeles, to the Forks, to Park and Vancouver, WA,
then to Mt R and Paradise.

I have a few target birds that I would like to see if possible with my
limited time as we sweep thru the area. Golden Crown Sparrow and Hermit
Warbler, Wrentit, Three Toed Woodpecker, Mt. Quail, Rock Sandpiper, and
Dippers. A Spotted and No Pygmy Owl would be a great find also.

Any help you could give me as to some reliable locations to spot any of
the above birds would be greatly appreciated. My husband is not big on
long hikes so the spots will have to be fairly near roads. I have Terry
W's book on birding finding in Washington and the Washington Delorme to
refer to for directions that you might give.

Looking forward to visiting your area - we love traveling in the NW.
Thanks, Marie Jordan
