Wetland transect 0920 - 1010

AMERICAN ROBINS are beginning to flock up. At least 80
RING-BILLED GULLS were on the exposed mudflats of the Lewis
and Clark River. There were also 100's of Western/Gl-winged
Gulls that I didn't bother to sort.

A VIRGINIA RAIL was making pig noises I usually associate
with hatch-year birds.
