At about 0830 hrs I peeked at the South Jetty Shorebird ponds and
found the usual Westerns and Leasts, one Semipalmated Plover, plus
what I am fairly certain was a Baird's Sandpiper.

Birds seen (in taxonomic order):

Brown Pelican
Double-crested Cormorant
Great Blue Heron
Semipalmated Plover
Western Sandpiper
Least Sandpiper
Baird's Sandpiper [1]
California Gull
Western Gull
Glaucous-winged Gull
Glaucous-winged x Western Gull
Band-tailed Pigeon [2]
American Crow
Barn Swallow
Orange-crowned Warbler [3]
Black-throated Gray Warbler [4]

Footnotes:

[1] stayed separate from a small flock of WESA and one LESA, feeding
next to a SEPL in the tiny dry "basin" between the two main
parts of the pond. Slightly larger and longer billed than the
Westerns (bill seemed straighter), with an obvious whitish
supercilium and light gray shoulders, pale upper middle breast,
white underneath with no chevrons, and gray coverts and mantle
with strong black centers to each feather...black legs (seemed
longer)...
[2] flight over the pines
[3] in the pines nearby
[4] in the pines nearby
