Highlights:

Lots of warblers along Brady Loop road: 20 Wilson's, 14 black-throated
grays, 9 yellows,
4 northern rough-winged swallows along Brady Loop road.
1 red-necked phalarope at Hoquiam Sewage Ponds.
1 olive-sided flycatcher at Cyber Lake. This bird was on the main trail
just before the boardwalk.
1 red-necked phalarope at Ocean Shores Sewage Ponds.
12 pacific golden plover at the western end of Ocean Shores game range -
feeding out on the sand near the radar deflector.
2 american golden plover - same place as the pacific's.
3 Baird's sandpipers feeding out on the spit opposite the air-traffic
radar at the Game Range.
1 black-legged kittiwake, 22 surfbirds and 1 wandering tatler on the
Point Brown jetty.
10,000 sooty shearwaters - give or take a couple of thousand feeding on
the surf opposite the Marine View Drive beach access.

Point Brown 7.10 - 7.45pm - the surfbirds were very excited and took off
climbing quite high before heading south.
