Fellow Birders,

Today at 1400 hrs my wife and I spotted a Double-crested Cormorant on
Young's Bay with RED wing bands on both wings. There was some sort of ID #
but was too far to make them out, except that the #s were in black. I have
reported this bird to the USGS banding report site, but if any of you happen
to know of a particular study that is marking DCCO's this way I would
appreciate knowing of it.
